Your area of ownership
You keep the filu holding running smoothly. As Office Manager, you make sure our headquarters team can work without friction – from office organisation to coordinating with external service providers. You're the person who just gets things done.
Office & Administration – You keep the ship afloat.
Office organisation and equipment: supplies, devices, service providers
Post and parcel management
Filing, document management and archiving
Managing contracts with office service providers (cleaning, landlord, IT hardware)
Team Support Filu GmbH – You make everyone's life a little easier.
Supporting and coordinating the onboarding of new employees at Filu GmbH (workstation setup, access, equipment)
Travel bookings and scheduling
Room management and preparation of meetings and team events
Supplier and vendor management
Scaling-Relevant – You think beyond today.
Building, documenting and maintaining processes and templates for recurring admin tasks
Supporting digitalisation and automation projects, including with AI tools
Are you a filuneer?
Professional Skills
Confident with Google Workspace – especially Sheets, Docs and Calendar
Experience with digital tools such as Slack, Teams or Notion is a plus
Basic understanding of legal and regulatory reporting and processes
General understanding of contracts and contractual relationships
Personal Skills
Highly organised, self-directed and proactive – you always have the full picture, prioritise independently and keep your topics and interfaces up to date
Discretion and confidentiality – sensitive information is completely safe with you
Structured and detail-oriented – precision and clean working practices come naturally to you
Hands-on mentality – you thrive in a dynamic start-up environment with many parallel and shifting topics
Interpersonal Skills
